 Drunken Sun-Dried Tomato And Unsun-Dried Tomato Pasta Sauce Add one recipe drunken tomato paste already prepared and ready to be used Add one or two or more diced tomatoes of any variety of your choice or one package of halved Cherry tomatoes  mince about four cloves of garlic  mince about four leaves of basil including the stems Whisk it all together in a bowl, and then carefully transfer it to a saucepan over medium-high heat folding it over your favorite pasta substitute such as spaghetti squash, Palmini, Shirataki, any of your favorite spiralized vegetables, such as sweet potato, and one of my favorites chickpeas or any other gluten free vegan pasta homemade or store bought. Cook until the pasta substitute is nicely coated in the tomato paste mixture which should be more like a sauce now with the added diced tomato or tomatoes or halved Cherry tomatoes as well as the alcohol having cooked off at this point as well, leaving a nice thick and rich flavorful sauce Garnis...
