Sun-Dried Tomato Powder And unSun-Dried Tomato Powder / Paste
One package of sun-dried tomatoes or one sandwich bag or as many recipes of sandwich bags of sun-dried tomatoes as you wish
If the sun-dried tomatoes are already dried in the package take them out and put them into a blender, or if they are packed in oil, be sure to pat down the sun-dried tomatoes with paper towels and dry out as much as you can leaving the tomatoes inside the paper towels four few hours or up to a day press down between some books or heavy objects that you don't mind if they get oily so maybe use some plates or pans with some books on top.
Now take the dried out sun-dried tomatoes or answer dried out tomatoes and put them into a high speed blender and put the blender on low speed and then slowly turn the blender up to high speed to get a fine tomato powder.
Only fill the blender about a third of the way and make in batches if making more than one recipe or more than one bag of sun-dried tomatoes or unSun dried tomatoes.
Now take the tomato powder and add it to a mixing bowl and whisk the tomato powder into paste if using or store in a bag in the pantry until ready to use. Make sure all air is out of the bag when storing the sun-dried and unsun-dried tomato powder.
One now has instant tomato paste or tomato flavoring or paste or sun-dried tomato flavoring or paste when ever one desires! Bone appetit
