About Me!

I live in a nursing home in Corpus Christi Texas. I currently can't move anything. I have so much pain I don't know what to do with myself. My mom died back in 2015. My father could have recently died due to a very replace with high level in blood sugar. My father’s mother or my grandmother recently reminded me how my mom although suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and died from complications of pneumonia, my mom lost a significant amount of weight an a couple of years through my influence and following and eating my recipes for food and also was able to leave her cholesterol medication. I was able to see her happy to buy new clothes and wear almost the same size as me. I helped her cut out sodas from her diet as well as reducing her sugar craving significantly as well as her taste for salt and junk food significantly. My aunt also what is able to achieve better health from work out from my influence and recipes as well. My aunt also significantly as well as my mom developed more of a taste for fruits and vegetables as opposed to processed Foods and meats. Due to my Family members noticing the results that my influence achieved on my mom and my aunt, many of my family members happen suggesting that I write  my own cookbook including my aunts and my now deceased mom. My difficulty in doing such a feet has always been that I don't measure. I recently discovered an app that helps with the language of recipes; due to my most recent events of losing my ability to speak from my unknown ailment, I decided that I better try and get out that cookbook now before I am a vegetable; however, I am having much difficulty remembering all of my favorite recipes or things that I used to cook for myself before I currently entered hospitals and nursing homes and had to rely on others cooking for me in a 24 seven capacity without any real input in the matter. So I decided that I should write a food blog where I can just blog about food recipes that I would make for myself if I could on a daily basis because they would be similar to the ones that are used to make, and it would be a nice way to get out my frustrations about not being able to cook food for myself. I will not however be able to take pictures of the food that I would hypothetically make for myself because this is obviously hypothetical. I would therefore really appreciate anyone who would be willing to try my recipes two please take pictures for me should search recipes be tried and send them to me and tell me once thoughts. It may be a while before I have a cookbook with the recipes my mom enjoyed, but I will be showing recipes from my heart which is basically what my mom wanted.

Tips Of The Day!

When a recipe requires sugar, try using a fruit replacement instead such as dates, raisins, craisins, berries fresh, dehydrated and or frozen, and or any fresh or frozen or dehydrated fruit of your choice remembering to take into account the change in flavor and texture. Another tip is to use cold pressed extra-virgin coconut oil and coconut sugar again remembering to take him to a count the change in flavor and texture. Coconut sugar can be used as a replacement for regular sugar by itself but because both coconut sugar and coldpressed extra virgin coconut oil are both sweet; adding the coldpressed extra virgin coconut oil keeps the sweetness for which you are searching to replace without requiring the use of as much as sugar.
